Email admin@themedmatrix.com with your question and the email address of your MedMatrix account. We answer within two business days. Signed in, you can also ask the AI tutor, which answers questions about the app and your account and passes anything else to our team.

Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app

They are billed by Apple to your Apple Account. To change or cancel one, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, or follow Apple's instructions. Refunds for these purchases are handled by Apple. In the app, More › Account also opens your subscription.
